CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 12 hours of appointment: A $25 cancellation fee will apply. No-shows or same-day cancellations (less than 2 hours' notice): A 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply. First-time forgiveness: We get that life happens! First-time offenses may be waived at stylist discretion. How to cancel: Please cancel or reschedule directly through our online booking system or by contacting your stylist at least 12 hours in advance.
